Account Registration

Withdrawals

We remit withdrawals only to the account from which the deposit originated. We may require a specific method or reverse the deposit instead of processing a new withdrawal. Our standard withdrawal limit is 5,000 EUR or the equivalent per seven consecutive days, though VIP customers may qualify for higher limits at our discretion. The maximum winnings of any kind we pay out is 100,000 EUR per day; any amount above this threshold may be deducted and settled within 30 days of the event. Deposits must be rolled over five times before a withdrawal can be requested. Settled sports bets at odds of 1.6 or higher count towards this requirement, while running bets, cash-out bets, draws, cancelled, refunded and denied bets, bets on multiple outcomes of the same event and minimum-risk casino bets do not. Where the rollover requirement is unmet, we may refuse the request or charge an administrative fee of up to 8%. Several withdrawals within a 30-day window also carry a fee of up to 8% of the amount withdrawn. We cannot release funds marked as bonus money or stuck in an aborted game, and you may not request a withdrawal while a bonus remains active. Verification Requirements
